What exactly do I get for £59.99 a month?
A professionally built website of up to six pages, fast hosting with SSL, one round of amends per calendar month sent by email, and basic monthly maintenance to keep everything running.
How does starting for free work?
Get in touch and we'll send you our questionnaire. Once your answers are back, we start building your site so you can see it take shape, before you've paid anything. If it's not for you, you owe us nothing. You only start paying the subscription when you're happy to go ahead.
How long does the website take to build?
Your site is built within a week of us receiving your questionnaire answers and content, meaning your logo, photos and text. When it goes live is up to you; some clients want changes or need to sort a domain first, and that's fine.
What counts as an amend?
Minor text changes, image swaps and small content updates. Things like new opening hours, updated prices, or fresh photos of your work. Full redesigns, new page builds, branding work and structural changes aren't amends; we quote for those separately.
What costs extra?
Additional pages beyond six, e-commerce or booking system integration, logo or branding design, urgent turnaround under 48 hours, and more than one round of amends in a calendar month. We'll always give you a price before starting any extra work.
Do you design every site from scratch?
Every site is built on our own proven foundations, then designed around your business: your colours, photos and words. It's how we build a professional site within a week at this price, and no two of our sites look alike. If you want a fully bespoke design from a blank page, we quote for that separately.
Can you build something custom?
Yes. Online shops, booking systems, extra pages and fully custom builds are all available. They're quoted separately, and we agree the price with you before any work starts.
How do I request changes to my site?
Send your amends as a single batch by email, one email a month with everything in it. Batching them keeps things organised and keeps the price down. We respond within five to seven working days. Phone support isn't included.
Do I own my website?
Your domain name is yours and can be transferred to you at any time. The website itself is hosted and maintained on our infrastructure and remains part of the subscription. If you cancel, the site is taken offline, and you keep your domain and any content assets you provided.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There's no long contract on the monthly plan. If you cancel, your website comes offline and we'll help you transfer your domain and hand back any content you gave us.
