What's included in your £59.99/month subscription
Every subscription includes:
- A professionally built website of up to six pages
- Fast hosting with an SSL certificate
- One round of amends per calendar month, sent by email as a single batch
- Basic monthly maintenance to keep your site secure and running well
The annual plan (£599/year) includes exactly the same, just one payment instead of twelve.
What counts as an amend
An amend is a small change to your existing website. That means:
- Minor text changes: new opening hours, updated prices, a reworded paragraph
- Image swaps: replacing photos with new ones you send us
- Small content updates: a new offer, an updated service description
Amends don't include full redesigns, new page builds, branding work or structural changes to the site. Those are bigger jobs, and we quote for them separately so you always know the cost up front.
What costs extra
These fall outside the subscription and are quoted individually:
- Additional pages beyond the six included
- E-commerce or booking system integration
- Logo or branding design
- Urgent turnaround: anything needed in under 48 hours
- More than one round of amends in a calendar month
Fair use policy
To keep the service affordable for everyone, a few ground rules:
- One batch, in writing. Amend requests must be sent as a single batch by email, one email with everything in it. This keeps everything in one place and makes sure nothing gets missed.
- Response time. We respond to requests within five to seven working days.
- No phone support. Phone support isn't included in the subscription. Everything is handled by email.
These limits are what make a £59.99/month service possible. If you regularly need more, we're happy to quote for extra support.
Ownership: your domain, your content, our hosting
- Your domain name is yours. It can be transferred to you at any time, just ask.
- The website stays with the subscription. The site itself is hosted and maintained on our infrastructure and remains part of the service. It isn't a one-off product you buy outright, and that's what keeps the monthly price low.
- Your content is yours. Any photos, text or other assets you provided are returned to you if you leave.
If you cancel
If your subscription ends, your website is taken offline. You keep your domain name, we'll help transfer it to you, and you receive any content assets you provided. We'd rather part on good terms than lock anyone in.
